Actress and writer, Denise Poole was born in Burnaby, BC. She grew up as a performing artist studying singing, dance, and theater, but also had a secret passion for writing which she began to cultivate upon moving to Los Angeles. One of her notable works is the comedy series California Roll, in which she wrote, produced, and starred. It won many awards and laurels, gaining recognition for her acting and writing. She has had several other nominations for acting, and she continues to develop her career in the action and thriller genre. Denise’s natural talent and vivid imagination make her on-camera presence compelling and her writing unique. She aims to create strong female-led stories with her own life as inspiration. She is currently based in Los Angeles.
